Returns & Refunds Policy – MGA Print & Embroidery

30-Day Returns (Non-Personalised Items Only)

We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalised items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn and unused
  • With any tags attached
  • In its original packaging

You will also need proof of purchase.


Personalised & Custom Items

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Personalised items
  • Custom designs
  • Bespoke embroidery, print, engraving, or patch orders

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item arrives faulty or incorrect.


How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to:

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

❗ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect (wrong item or error on our part)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Sale Items & Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please:

  • Return the original item (if eligible and approved)
  • Place a new order separately

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, provided the item is not personalised or custom-made.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Personalised or custom items are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period, in line with EU consumer law.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
