Processing Times

All items are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 working days for production before dispatch.

During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping

UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail services.

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed
  • Tracking or delivery confirmation will be provided where applicable
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service

International Shipping (Royal Mail)

We offer international shipping to selected countries using Royal Mail international services.

At checkout, customers may be able to choose from the following options:

International Standard (Untracked)

  • A lower-cost shipping option
  • Limited or no tracking once the parcel leaves the UK
  • No guaranteed delivery confirmation
  • Suitable for lower-value items only

By selecting this option, the customer accepts that:

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or missing parcels once the item leaves the UK
  • Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or handling charges applied by their country.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are non-refundable.

Delivery Delays & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility passes to the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by Royal Mail or destination postal services
  • Customs delays
  • Parcels marked as delivered by the carrier

We will assist with claims where tracking information confirms an issue.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Additional costs required to resend returned parcels

Returned or Refused International Parcels

If an international parcel is returned due to:

  • Refusal of delivery
  • Unpaid customs or import charges
  • Failure to collect from the local postal service

We reserve the right to refund the item cost only, excluding original shipping and return postage costs.
